Black Adam has arrived and is finally getting the chance to make waves in the DC Extended Universe as DC’s latest blockbuster release.
After years in development, the film is finally opening in theaters worldwide allowing fans to see Dwayne Johnson make his superhero debut and to see if the character truly does change the hierarchy of the DCEU as Johnson has promised it will do for the past year while promoting the film.
We know the movie opens in theaters on Oct. 21, but is Black Adam streaming anywhere at the moment as well?
Sorry, Black Adam is not streaming online at this time meaning you won’t be able to find the film online on streaming outlets such as Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, Amazon Prime or any of the major streaming platforms. The film will eventually be available to watch online via Video-On-Demand and HBO Max, you won’t find it streaming on any legal sources at this time.
If you’re hoping to watch Black Adam, you’re going to need to head out to theaters as the film is opening exclusively in theaters and will not be streaming on any streaming service for the next several weeks.
Following its merger, Warner Bros. Discovery has been looking for ways to bring in cash which has led the studio to move away from dropping films simultaneously both in theaters and via streaming. As a result, movies such as Black Adam are hitting theaters exclusively and not arriving on streaming platforms until months later.
While Black Adam will eventually arrive on HBO Max, the film will only be viewable in theaters for the next several weeks.
