Kimberly McCarten has been appointed executive director of The Arc of Palm Beach County. McCarten joined the agency in 2009 as special events manager and became director of advancement. Since November 2013, she also has been serving as The Arc’s co-interim executive director.

Alessandro Diomedi has joined Yachting Experts as yacht consultant-new construction to help clients navigate the process of building a new yacht with any shipyard in the world. Diomedi worked for the Ferretti Group from 2001 to 2014. In 2006, Diomedi was named Latin America sales manager by the Ferretti Group and moved to the group’s Miami headquarters.

Jenny Trezza of Weston has been named Verizon Wireless’ district manager to oversee about 44 “indirect” retail outlets in Monroe, Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. She will direct a team of four account managers who provide training and other support to independent authorized retailers such as Cellular Sales of Knoxville, Wireless Zone, Wireless To Go, United Telecom and others that offer Verizon Wireless products and services to consumers and will be based in Verizon’s Miami Blue Lagoon offices.
