Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner has changed the way work is allocated in some of its U.S. offices, moving away from its traditional partner-led model in a bid to prevent unconscious bias.
The change, which follows an initiative in the firm’s U.K. and Europe transactions practice, aims to prevent partners’ unconscious bias, which often limits who work is handed to.
